Vegan Baked Oats with Cashew Nuts

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 tbsp linseed
50 ml of water
350 ml almond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
160 grams of oatmeal
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
30 grams of cashew nuts
1 box of frozen raspberries/blueberries
1 pinch of salt

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, take a baking dish and grease it.
2. Put the linseed in a bowl and add the 50 ml water. Let this soak for 5 minutes, so that it becomes a kind of 'gel'.
3. Then put this linseed mixture in a bowl and put the bananas in it. Mash the bananas as well as possible and mix with the linseed.
4. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract and mix again.
5. Now add the oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder, cashew nuts, salt and protein powder and mix well.
6. Finally, the frozen raspberries / blueberries go through the mixture and mix well.
7. Put the mixture in the oven dish and add some cashew nuts on top.
8. Put the oven bowl in the oven for 35 minutes and you're done! Add your favorite toppings as soon as you want to eat the baked oats. Think of fresh fruit, coconut yogurt and peanut butter.
9. Do you have spare? Then freeze this, so that next time you simply have to warm it up.
