3 ripe bananas
30 grams of raw cocoa powder
115 grams of 100% natural peanut butter

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, grab a cake/brownie tin and put a baking paper in it.
2. Then put the 100% natural peanut butter, bananas, raw cocoa powder and protein powder in a blender until you have a thick and smooth batter.
3. Put the mixture in the cake/brownie tin and put the tin in the oven for 15 minutes.
4. Perfect as a high-protein snack throughout the day!
5. TIP! Is your peanut butter very thick? Then heat the peanut butter on a low heat. You can also freeze the brownies to make them last longer.
