Chocolate-Raspberry Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

50 grams of buckwheat flour
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
70 ml almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 box of frozen or fresh raspberries

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Put all the dry ingredients (buckwheat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, salt and baking powder) in a bowl and mix everything well.
2. Then add the wet ingredients (almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract) and mix into a batter.
3. Finally, a handful of raspberries is added and they must be carefully mixed into the batter.
4. Grab 2 oven suitable trays and divide the mixture. Carefully add a few more raspberries on top
3. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the Mug Cake from the oven and enjoy while the Mug Cake is still warm! Enjoy :)
