Healthy high protein Christmas cookies

Ingredients

200 grams of oatmeal
100 grams of almond flour
75 grams of coconut oil
1 banana
1 tsp baking powder
25 grams (2 scoops) Vegan Protein Powder Vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tbsp honey
30 grams of coconut flour sugar
60 ml almond milk
1 handful of raisins

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Mix the oat flour, almond flour, baking powder, protein powder, cinnamon and coconut flour in a blender and mix through each. Then put this in a bowl.
3. Add the (melted) coconut oil, almond milk, eggs, banana and honey to the dry mixture until a batter forms. Then add the raisins.
4. Let the mixture cool in the fridge for 20 minutes and then you can put the mixture in the Christmas shapes on a baking sheet (with baking paper). For this you can first roll out the dough or you can put the batter in the molds with a spoon.
5. Do this with all the batter and then put the cookies in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
