Vegan Baked Oats

Serves 2 Preparation 5-10 minutes Preparation 25 minutes

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
70 grams of oatmeal
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
150 ml almond milk
250 grams of frozen blueberries / raspberries
Handful of almond shavings

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grab an oven dish.
2. Mash the bananas at the bottom of the oven dish and then add oatmeal, protein powder, chia seeds, almond milk and maple syrup.
3. Stir this mixture well and sprinkle the frozen blueberries / raspberries on top.
4. Then sprinkle your almond shavings over the frozen blueberries / raspberries.
5. Put the oven dish in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the baked oats are golden brown.
6. Remove the oven dish and enjoy your delicious baked oats!
7. A section about? Store in an airtight container or in the freezer.
