Vegan Apple Crumble

Ingredients

1 large peeled apple
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp melted coconut oil

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a small bowl, mix the apples with sugar and cinnamon. Divide the apple mixture into two molds.
2. In another small bowl, add the almond flour and protein powder and beat well. Pour in the maple syrup and coconut oil and mix with a fork until crumbly.
3. Add to the apples and bake for 15-20 minutes until the apples are soft and the topping is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
