Vanilla Protein Banana Bread

3 eggs
3 bananas
6 medjool dates
70 grams of oatmeal
70 grams spelled flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 handfuls of nut, fruits & seeds mix

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and take a cake tin.
2. Put the eggs, bananas and (pitted) medjool dates in a blender and mix until smooth.
3. Put this mixture in the bowl and add the oatmeal, spelled flour, protein powder and baking powder to the mixture.
4. Mix well and grab a piece of baking paper to put in the cake tin.
5. Put the mixture in the cake tin and divide well. Then sprinkle the 2 handfuls of nut, fruits & seeds mix on top.
6. Put the cake tin in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Keep a close eye on the baking process so that the banana bread does not burn.
7. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool. Then cut the banana bread into 10 equal slices.
8. Grab a big cup of tea and enjoy a warm piece of banana bread!
9. Keep the banana bread for a long time by cutting the banana bread into 10 pieces, putting each piece in a sandwich bag and putting the pieces in the freezer.
