Strawberry-Coconut Oatmeal

Serves 1 Time 5-10 minutes + chilling time overnight

Ingredients

50 grams of frozen strawberries
40 grams of oatmeal
100 ml almond milk
1 tbsp 100% pure peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 teaspoon of 100% natural vanilla extract
4 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 handful of fresh strawberries

To work

1. Defrost the frozen strawberries in the microwave and mash the strawberries. Let the strawberries cool well.
2. Grab a bowl and mix in oatmeal, almond milk, peanut butter, maple syrup, protein powder and vanilla extract.
3. Grab an airtight container (for example a Mason Jar) and put the mashed strawberries and 2 tbsp coconut yogurt on the bottom.
4. Then put the oatmeal mixture on top.
5. Put the container in the fridge for the night.
6. In the morning, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and put the remaining 2 tbsp coconut yogurt and fresh strawberries on top.
7. Enjoy!
