Protein French Toast With Fresh Fruit

Ingredients

Seizure:
50 ml almond milk
2 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
2 slices of bread (or more if leftover batter)
coconut oil (for frying)
Topping:
1 tbsp peanut butter
Fresh fruit

To work

1. Put all batter ingredients in a blender (except the coconut oil and the sandwiches) and mix until smooth.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and put the sandwiches in it.
3. Then grab a frying pan and put 1 tsp coconut oil in it. Turn the heat to medium-high and place the sandwiches in a saucepan.
4. Turn the sandwiches after a while so that they become golden brown on both sides.
5. Put the sandwiches on a plate and put 1 tbsp peanut butter and fresh fruit on top.
6. Do you have left over batter? Then make more French toast.
7. Enjoy! :)
