15 fresh dates
90 grams of oatmeal
60 ml almond milk unsweetened
48 grams of Cookie Dough protein powder
62 grams 100% pure nut butter (cashew, almond or a nut mix)
2 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 pinch of salt
1. Place the dates (pitted) and oatmeal in a blender/food processor and pulse 4-6 times until the dates have broken up into small pieces.
2. Add remaining ingredients to blender/food processor and pulse until well combined. This mixture should be sticky enough to form into balls, but dry enough that it won't stick to your hands.
3. Use the palms of your hands to roll the mixture into 14 protein balls.
4. Store the balls in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy the balls as the ideal healthy and protein-filled snack before or after your workout.
