175 grams of Medjool dates
70 grams of oatmeal
50 grams coconut grater
100 grams of frozen raspberries
50 grams of cashew nuts
1. Put the dates (pitted), oatmeal, protein powder, cashew nuts, 30/50 grams coconut grater and frozen raspberries in a blender and mix to a sticky batter.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and roll into 13 balls.
3. Put the remaining 20 grams of coconut grater in a container and roll the balls in it. This gives them a coconut shell.
4. Store the balls in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy the balls as the ideal snack before your workout!
