Yummy & healthy protein boost! Delicious for breakfast, after your workout or when you need a quick snack.
40 grams of chia seeds
240 ml almond milk unsweetened
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp 100% pure peanut butter
1 tbsp Cookie Dough protein
1 teaspoon 100% pure vanilla extract
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tbsp cacao nibs (topping the next day)
1 handful of fresh strawberries (topping the next day)
1. Get an airtight container (for example a Mason Jar).
2. Put chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, protein powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon in the bowl.
3. Mix all ingredients well and put the container in the refrigerator for the night.
4. Remove the container from the fridge in the morning and put the cocoa nibs and fresh strawberries on top.
5. Enjoy!
