Vegan Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas
80 ml almond milk
150 grams spelled flour
2 tsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 handful of chocolate drops

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grab a muffin tray. Use silicone muffin molds in the muffin baking tray, so that the muffins do not stick to paper.
2. Place the bananas and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth. Then put the mixture in a bowl.
3. Now put the dry ingredients in a bowl (except the chocolate drops) and add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
4. Mix well until you get a doughy texture.
5. Grab a spoon and put an equal amount in each muffin tin. Then sprinkle the chocolate drops over the muffins.
6. Put the muffin tray in the oven for 15 minutes (longer if necessary).
7. Make sure the muffins are golden brown and let them cool down.
8. Now grab a nice cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a muffin!
9. Store the muffins at room temperature in an airtight container or in the freezer.
