Banana Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients

1 banana
1 egg
40 grams of oatmeal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chocolate drops

To work

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and a heat resistant mug or container.
2. Put the egg, banana, oatmeal, vanilla extract, baking powder, maple syrup and protein powder in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Put this mixture in a container and sprinkle the chocolate drops on top.
4. Put the tray or mug in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
5. Enjoy this delicious warm Mug-Cake!
