Banana-Chia Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

1 tbsp buckwheat flour
1 large egg
1 banana
1 tbsp chia seeds

To work

1. Put all ingredients (except the chia seeds!) in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds. Stir this well.
3. Grab a frying pan and put coconut oil in it. Next, grab a gravy ladle and use the spoon to place several small pancakes in the skillet.
4. Keep an eye on the pancakes and flip them when the bottom is golden brown and some bubbles form on the top.
5. Continue until all of the mixture is used.
6. Finish the pancakes by pouring maple syrup over the pancakes and putting some fresh raspberries on top. If desired, you can also add some grated coconut.
