Avocado/spinach smoothie bowl

Serves 1 Time 5-8 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana
100 ml almond milk
1/2 avocado
50 grams of spinach
1/4 cucumber sliced
Topping:
1/2 banana
1/2 tbsp chia seeds

To work

1. Put all basic ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put the smoothie bowl base in a bowl and put the half banana and chia seeds on top.
3. Enjoy! :)
